Each user can vote once per contest, with a minimum of 10 $DEPE and a maximum of 10,000,000 $DEPE. Staking is allowed up to 25% of the total meme pool, letting users bet on the winner to earn rewards. The winner is determined by vote points using the formula: (Vote Count × 1) + (Vote Amount × 0.0005). The meme with the highest vote points wins; if there's a tie, the earlier submission takes it. The staking pool (which includes both stake and vote amounts) is distributed: 80% pro rata to the winning stakers, and 20% goes to the contest creator.
